EPS CARBONIZER is the complete system for your industrial requirement. It is an easy operational system with one toch panel (PLC). The carbonizing process takes place in the rotary drum at 400-600 C in a non-oxygen condition.

Thus, the absence of oxygen prevents any chemical reaction occuring with polyvinylchloride and the like. The reduced end product is stable carbon compound and the cooled product is discharged automatically outside the rotary valve.
